Physical Therapist
PTProvide comprehensive in-home physical therapy services, develop treatment plans, and help patients restore mobility and function.
Physical Therapist Assistant
PTAWork under the supervision of a PT to implement treatment plans, exercise programs, and monitor patient progress in the home.
Occupational Therapist
OTHelp patients regain independence in daily activities through customized treatment plans and home safety assessments.
COTA
COTACertified Occupational Therapist Assistant — implement treatment plans under OT supervision to help patients achieve daily living goals.
Speech Language Pathologist
SLPProvide in-home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to patients across the lifespan.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- aPossess a valid license/certification as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP in the State of California
- bPossess valid CPR certification, Driver's License and Professional Liability Insurance
- cCan perform routine and complex therapy as determined by the employer
- dAbility to meet minimum agency hiring standards which include Physical and TB Screening (or negative Chest X-ray results within the last 5 years)
Responsibilities
As a clinician with LA Direct, you will:
- 1Travel to patient's residence and provide therapy treatment in the home environment
- 2Monitor response to treatment and progress as able
- 3Accurately document progress notes and submit in a timely manner
- 4All documentation (clinical notes, evaluations, progress reports, etc.) is done on our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system — minimizing paperwork and maximizing patient care
